Today Elissa met Iris, who is her great great great aunt…5 generations. Iris was born in 1905 and Elissa born in 2007. Yes they are indeed 102 years a part in age and became fast friends today. Iris was the sister to Elissa’s great-great grandfather, Odin. She is a very special aunt and friend to our entire family. The white sweater was knit by Iris for me in 1979 and my mom saved it. Iris was tickled to have Elissa wear it. We are truly blessed.
