Link Up Wordless Wednesday: Unique View of Golden Gate Bridge

Filed Under: Motivated Moms Tagged With: Golden Gate Bridge, traveling, wordless Wednesday 13 Comments

Due to business travel, meetings and lack of rural connectivity, I am slow to get my Wordless Wednesday posted. But I think it was worth the wait. These I captured while driving across the Golden Gate Bridge, an amazing moment.
Have you ever visited the Golden Gate Bridge? Believe it or not, I wasn’t being a tourist. I was driving to a dairy farm. Driving to a dairy farm via the Golden Gate Bridge is breath taking.

And this is the reason living in California is fabulous. From the ocean to cows to probably some good skiing all within a few hours. Thanks for the reminder Katie. So many other depressing stories about government, regulation and struggling businesses I forget that your picutres are exactly why I live here.

Sad. You changed your settings so I can’t read the posts from my google reader–it’s only the first part of it. Feel like changing it back for your favorite sister? 🙂
AND, you saw Kristy yesterday! SO jealous!
    Hope all is well! Love.

Thank you for giving me a glimpse of home! I’d Love to hear about the dairy you visited… to get to my parents’ dairy, you also have to cross the Golden Gate Bridge! I hope you had a great visit!

Cool pics, Katie! I love San Fran. I also have some nice pics of the Golden Gate. Cali is beautiful. But it’s definitely not our prairies!

Nice views, color and perspective. It looks like you got a particularly good day. The area around the GG bridge is often quite foggy or overcast.

Welcome to the Prairie…

I am a mom of three kids and a wife to Nathan. Together we live on the North Dakota prairie, 97 miles from a Starbuck's. I share about family, food, farming and the prairie that I love. I used to commute 98 miles one-way to work but it required too much coffee. So now I am home, consulting, speaking, writing and primarily, juggling family life.
