Merry Christmas

Filed Under: Misc. Tagged With: baby 1 Comment

After two days of travel delays, Auntie Lori arrived on Christmas Day to meet her new niece. Elissa shares some Christmas laughs with Auntie Kirsti, Dog child Charlie, Mama Jane, big brother Hunter and Auntie Lori.

Daddy and Elissa handing out presents.

Santa delivered a scale model Ski Doo snowmobile to Hunter like the one he rides on in the winter. (Charlie helped him open it.) It is a really fun toy and his baby sister is the perfect size for it

Great-Grandpa Sonny met Elissa on Christmas Day.

Mama Jane getting her hugs in on Christmas Day with Elissa at Nathan’s parents’ home in Wishek. The Huso/Lukens family came to the Pinke’s for a fun-filled (and food filled) Christmas Day.

Auntie Lori now lives in Wisconsin and ironically Santa delivered a Green Bay Packers CHEESE HEAD to Hunter. He only will wear it when they are not playing the Vikings and only to cheer for Brett Favre.

    Katie and crew:
Congratulations on your new arrival. She’s a doll and you all look so happy. Lauren was my Christmas baby and there’s something very special about welcoming a new baby home around the holidays!
Continue to keep us all posted!

Welcome to the Prairie…

I am a mom of three kids and a wife to Nathan. Together we live on the North Dakota prairie, 97 miles from a Starbuck's. I share about family, food, farming and the prairie that I love. I used to commute 98 miles one-way to work but it required too much coffee. So now I am home, consulting, speaking, writing and primarily, juggling family life.
