New Hampshire Pig Farmer & Working Mom: Meet Alicia Pedemonti #WomenInAg

Filed Under: Uncategorized Tagged With: 30 Days, family farm, Women in Ag 10 Comments

“I was raised around agriculture and while there were times that I hated having to clean one more stall or stack one more bale, I know that it was those moments of “sticking with it” that have made me the woman I am today. Agriculture kept me out of trouble in high school. While many of my peers were off…

You’ll learn more than you can imagine.” -Crystal Blin How does a 4th generation Canadian farm…

Where do eggs come from? Ask Jill Benson, 4th generation Egg Farmer #WomenInAg

When I was working in California a few years ago, I met egg farmer and business woman Jill Benson from Modesto, CA. Jill and I developed a business relationship but more than anything, a friendship. Welcome to the Prairie…

I am a mom of three kids and a wife to Nathan. Together we live on the North Dakota prairie, 97 miles from a Starbuck's. I share about family, food, farming and the prairie that I love. I used to commute 98 miles one-way to work but it required too much coffee. So now I am home, consulting, speaking, writing and primarily, juggling family life.
