Prairie Conservation: Tree Adventure…Phase II

Filed Under: Life in North Dakota Tagged With: conservation, North Dakota, prairie life, trees 3 Comments

I am the fifth generation from our family farm. I work in marketing communications but it is all agricultural focused. Farming is a part of my livelihood. But I did not marry a farmer. I married a handsome suit and tie sales manager climbing the corporate ladder. But look what happened? We moved to the prairie and he has become a farmer. A tree farmer. A handsome one at that.

Wow – and they say you’ll never change a man by marrying him!

Welcome to the Prairie…

I am a mom of three kids and a wife to Nathan. Together we live on the North Dakota prairie, 97 miles from a Starbuck's. I share about family, food, farming and the prairie that I love. I used to commute 98 miles one-way to work but it required too much coffee. So now I am home, consulting, speaking, writing and primarily, juggling family life.
