ACCOMPLISHED!Elissa’s latest and greatest accomplishment…climbing our entire flight of stairs. These pictures were taken today as she did it all for the first time. Until now she has been satisfied just climbing a few of the first stairs…we need more gates. My mom is here for a few days and is spending the entire day being Grandma aka Mama Jane. After Hunter’s basketball practice tonight we are driving to Kirsti’s home volleyball game. Elissa and Nathan are staying home…to enjoy an evening together–and our new furniture which yes indeed was delivered. Our friend Ethan (Allen) decided that waiting since May for our kitchen stools, dining set and living room sofa was long enough and had it delivered last night. Of course Ethan and crew showed up ten minutes before we needed to leave for Hunter’s game (they won!) but none the less we were thrilled. Nathan’s purplish burgundy college era recliner looks a little out of place next to our new sofa and even Nathan noticed, suggesting a new chair might be a good idea.
