We are in the full swing of track season. Last night as I was trying to prevent Miss A from running on the track while her brother ran the 400 meters and I was shouting, “Get him! Kick now. Go, go, go! Go now!” I took the above picture with my iPhone in the midst of the chaos. It might be my favorite picture of the track season. Hunter was in a dead heat race. He ran 2 seconds faster than he ever had before and got second place. He also got second in the 300 meter hurdles and first in the discus and shot put.
Track season is full of excitement, fresh air and road trips for us. It’s energizing. It’s renewing. It’s fun.
