Canola oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil are all familiar to me.
I live on the prairie surrounded by fields that often end up in canola, soybean or sunflower oil.
I know the farmers that raise those crops and while I am never seen the crushing and oil process, I trust it and know it comes from Bunge, ADM or Cargill most likely.
