Today was my due date for Anika to arrive. She has been with us for two weeks tomorrow morning. She would have been one big baby by now in the womb and we are thankful she was able to arrive early…and not now or later. July 1 was a perfect arrival date for Anika.Of course we already cannot imagine our family with out her. She is mild mannered and quiet. Very sweet and cuddly. Yes I am still referring to our child. Maybe she won’t be quiet or mild mannered forever but in her first two weeks of life, she is. Anika makes hilarious grunting noises and squeaks which we call her “billy goat” sounds. Hunter said she has a future in acting with her ability to make animal noises at such a young age. I hope she aspires to more than making animal noises as an actress. For now, we will not worry about it too much.
