Pink vests…Like mother like daughter. Elissa and I both sported our pink vests this weekend. Plus Elizabeth has a beautiful handmade sweater that zips up the back. It is the best baby sweater I have ever seen and was a gift from my cousin Eileen in Des Moines. Thank you Eileen. This is my absolute favorite sweater and will be a keepsake.
My forever friend Sara came to visit this weekend with her son Samuel Cole. Sam will 2 years old on October 31. While Elizabeth was napping on Saturday I got out washable finger paints for Sam. And did he have fun!
I know Sam’s Grandma Marsha is a avid follower of the Pinke Post and I know these pictures will make you smile Marsha.
It is very full circle for Sara and I to share motherhood experiences together. We grew up together since early childhood years and our mothers were friends. Generations of friends. It is unique and cherished friendship.
