3 Winners of Roxanne Henke’s After Anne book are…

I loved my first ever giveaway so much that you’re definitely going to see many more of these. I’m going to giveaway things that I love to you, readers, that I connect with here.
Three copies of a book that I love from a prairie-dwelling author who I love as my friend and mentor will be sent out this week to these three winners which were chosen by Random.org. The numbers generated were 5, 42 and 36. Those commenters were:
KEM, Wanda and Leslie.

Congrats ladies! Winners please email your mailing address by next Monday, August 15th and your copy of After Anne by Roxanne Henke will be arriving to you very soon. For those of you that didn’t win, you can find more of Roxy’s books on Amazon.com and other major book retailers. Thanks to those of you who let me know already that you have downloaded her books to your Kindle or bought copies since I started this giveaway. Let me know how you enjoy the book and the series of Coming Home to Brewster. You will be reading about life on the prairie and the town Brewster that the books are set in is very similar to where I live…like right down the road but with a different name.

A huge thanks to Roxy for giving these three signed books to me to share with you in my first giveaway. I’d love to ramble on about the impact Roxy has had on me, teaching me to navigate through the last four years of our life on the prairie, helping me to grow in my faith, laughing with me when I can’t manage to get the laundry done and complementing me on my shoes but Roxy doesn’t like too much ranting and raving. So I’ll let her writing speak to you through her books.

Next giveaways? Any ideas? What slice of the prairie could I share?

I have this book and have read it about 20 times. It is an amazing book that has brought me to tears every time I’ve read it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!

    Hi Katie,
For your next giveaway, how about wreath(s) crafted by your talented mom with some of the prairie’s finest crops? I still have ours from the fundraiser you did a few years ago and it makes me smile.
    Take care. Happy weekending!

Welcome to the Prairie…

I am a mom of three kids and a wife to Nathan. Together we live on the North Dakota prairie, 97 miles from a Starbuck's. I share about family, food, farming and the prairie that I love. I used to commute 98 miles one-way to work but it required too much coffee. So now I am home, consulting, speaking, writing and primarily, juggling family life.
