Wordless Wednesday: I’m a Witch Tee Hee

Filed Under: Family Values, Motivated Moms Tagged With: kids, motherhood, raising a family 2 Comments

Miss E had no idea what a witch was until a certain someone, the same certain someone who raised me, taught her this song.
I am a witch. Tee hee.
I am a witch. Tee hee…with a pointed hat on my head.
I jump on my broom and sweep through the sky, while the children are in bed.
(Lyrics by ??? but you certainly learned this song in the 1970’s and 1980’s at United Day Nursery in Grand Forks, ND. I can vouch for it.)
So much for a Wordless Wednesday.
Our scary witch doesn’t seem to phase Miss A.

But with a pointy hat on her head, she is a witch. Tee hee. Now if I can just teach her to sweep the floors with that broom…

I learned it in the 1990s at United Day. 🙂 Anyone who had Lila as their music teacher knows it…and the actions too!

You are so YOUNG, Kirsti. Enjoy. But you’ll feel old someday when Mom is teaching your kids nursery school songs. 🙂

Welcome to the Prairie…

I am a mom of three kids and a wife to Nathan. Together we live on the North Dakota prairie, 97 miles from a Starbuck's. I share about family, food, farming and the prairie that I love. I used to commute 98 miles one-way to work but it required too much coffee. So now I am home, consulting, speaking, writing and primarily, juggling family life.
