Super Bowl toddler excitement

Yesterday we had a Super Bowl party that included Hunter’s friends from church and their families. Hunter’s crew took over the basement while the adults were upstairs watching the game and we were mostly entertained by Elissa and her friend Emerson, who just turned two years old.

SoBe Pepsi commercials were in 3D. One mom brought the necessary 3D glasses to watch it. Elizabeth tore her glasses in half and still wore one half. Whatever works.

Emerson thought the glasses were pretty cool.

Welcome to the Prairie…

I am a mom of three kids and a wife to Nathan. Together we live on the North Dakota prairie, 97 miles from a Starbuck's. I share about family, food, farming and the prairie that I love. I used to commute 98 miles one-way to work but it required too much coffee. So now I am home, consulting, speaking, writing and primarily, juggling family life.
